Project goals
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the efficient and effective matching of supply and demand and overall functioning of the labour market.
The specific objective is to support the NES employment programme which consists of four employment policy measures included in this project through the direct grant.
The project "EU Support to the National Employment Service" is designed for hard-to-employ groups of unemployed persons in NES evidence.
Four active employment policy measures are implemented and funded through the Direct Grant via the project:
- Training at the request of the employer
- Subsidies for job creation,
- Self-employment subsidies,
- Training in response to labour market needs.
The expected results
- Involvement of at least 800 persons in training at the request of the employer,
- Creation of at least 1000 new jobs based on subsidy for newly employed persons,
- Involvement of at least 1050 persons in the self-employment program,
- Inclusion of at least 175 people in training in response to labor market needs.
